Delete your account

You can have your Apnao account and your photos deleted at any time. You do not need the app installed to ask.
How to ask
Email apnaodev@gmail.com with:
- Subject:
Account deletion request - The phone number or email registered to your account, so we can find it.
- Whether you want everything deleted, or just your uploaded photos while keeping the account.
Send it from the email address on your account if you can. If you cannot, we will ask you to confirm ownership another way first — this is what stops someone else from deleting your account.
What happens next
- We acknowledge within 2 business days.
- We check the request really comes from you.
- Everything is deleted within 30 days of that check.
- We email you once it is done.
What gets deleted, and what we have to keep

| Payment and invoice records | Kept — Indian tax law requires us to retain records of money received. These hold the transaction, not your card details, which we never had. | 8 years |

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not stop billing on its own — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy. And deletion is permanent: we cannot bring back your account or your photos afterwards. Designs you have already downloaded stay on your phone and are not affected.
