Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel any time from Google Play. Here is what you get back, and when.
1. What you can buy

The price shown includes all taxes. There is no free tier — a subscription is required to use Apnao.
Apnao Premium is billed through Google Play. It renews every month until you cancel, and Google will charge the payment method on your Google account.
2. Delivery
Apnao is a digital service. Your subscription activates immediately once Google confirms the payment — normally within a few seconds. Nothing is shipped. If Google charges you but Premium does not switch on, email apnaodev@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID and we will fix it or refund you in full.
3. Cancelling
Subscriptions are managed by Google, not by us. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Apnao → Cancel subscription.
You can also cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops all future charges. Premium keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for, and that part is not pro-rated.
Designs you have already downloaded stay on your phone. Cancelling does not remove them.
4. Refunds
Because Google collects the payment, Google handles refunds first. You can request one yourself, without contacting us:
- Within 48 hoursof the charge, Google Play’s self-service refund is usually automatic — go to your order history, find the charge, and choose Report a problem.
- After 48 hours, Google will forward the request to us and we decide.
If Google says no
Email apnaodev@gmail.com from the address on your Google account, with your order ID and what went wrong. We can issue a refund directly through Google Play Console even after the 48-hour window has closed, so a “no” from Google is not the end of it.
Our own rule, on top of Google’s: if you email us within 7 days of a charge and Apnao Premium did not work as described, we refund it in full, no questions asked. We reply within 2 business days.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Google. Banks typically take 5–7 business days to show it, which is not something we control.
5. When we will not refund
- Months you have already used in full, where Premium worked as described.
- Accounts terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Google bills it, so cancel in Google Play first — then delete your account. Otherwise Google keeps charging you for an account that no longer exists.
