These terms govern your use of the Apnao app, operated by Apnao. By using Apnao you agree to them.

1. What Apnao does

Apnao lets you put your photo and name into ready-made poster and video designs, then download and share the result. We provide the designs and the tool that composes them.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Apnao.
• You can delete your account at any time via this page.

3. Your photo and your content

Your photo stays yours. You give us permission to use it for one purpose only: to compose the design you asked for. That permission ends when you delete the image or your account. We explain exactly what we do with it in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you upload. Only upload photos you have the right to use — do not upload pictures of other people without their permission.

4. Our designs and templates

The templates, artwork, and fonts in Apnao belong to us or to our licensors. Designs you create are yours to use however you like, including to promote your own business.

You may not extract, resell, or redistribute the templates themselves, or use them to build a competing product.

5. What you must not do

You agree not to use Apnao to:

• Create anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, or designed to harass or defame someone.
• Impersonate another person, or use someone else’s photo or identity without their consent.
• Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or likeness rights.
• Reverse engineer the app, scrape our templates, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans, cancellation, and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play; we never see your card or UPI details.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Apnao running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give you notice and time to download your designs first.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Apnaois provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use Apnao means you accept the update.
