Privacy Policy

For the Apnao Android app · Last updated 16 July 2026

Apnao works by putting your photo and name into a design. This page explains exactly what happens to that photo, what else we collect, and how to get rid of all of it.

1. What we collect

What we do not do with your photo

Your photo is used for one thing: making the design you asked for.

What we do not collect at all

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or the other photos in your gallery — only the image you choose for a design.

2. How long we keep your photo and your designs

Your photo

Your photo is uploaded to our servers so your design can be composed there. We keep it on your account afterwards, so you can use it on another template without uploading it again.

It stays until you remove it or delete your account — we do not delete it on a timer, and we do not keep a copy once you are gone. Deleting your account removes your photo within 30 days, set out in full on the deletion page.

Designs you make

A finished design is kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically. That is only so you can download the same thing again quickly without waiting for it to be rebuilt. We do not keep a history of what you have made, and after a day it is gone from our servers whether you delete your account or not.

Anything you have already downloaded is on your phone and is yours — nothing we delete affects it.

The templates, artwork, and video designs themselves are ours, not yours — they are not personal data and nothing about them is collected from you.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers who help us run Apnao, and only with what they need:
